JT Rogan ('08)
Executive Director
While enrolled at USD, J.T. was regularly attending games of other Torero sports teams. His rabid support of Torero athletics routinely took him to road games and neutral site contests, including to the Men’s Basketball victory over UConn in Tampa during the NCAA Tournament in 2007.
After graduating USD with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, J.T. coached football at Stanford, tried out for the San Francisco 49ers, broadcasted for the PAC 12 Network + Fox Sports San Diego, and worked as the director of operations and communications for his former coach, Jim Harbaugh, at Michigan. More recently, J.T. has worked as the senior manager for sales enablement in fundraising for Snap! Raise, and has helped to start AllAthlete, a sports tech start-up with over 200,000 users, and over 1,000 college coaches from a wide variety of sports.
J.T. married a USD grad, Mara Koplitz, and the couple has two boys, Roy (4) and Neil (2) with a 3rd child due in October of 2024.
Graham Bennett
Board Member
Graham Bennett is the Managing Director of Dorchester Capital, a diversified private investment company. With a strong background in both investment management and social impact initiatives, Graham leverages his expertise to oversee strategic investments and drive long-term growth. Prior to his role at Dorchester Capital, Graham served as the Manager of Development Initiatives at REFORM Alliance, a non-profit dedicated to transforming probation and parole systems through legislative, systemic, and cultural reform. In this role, he played a key part in advancing policies aimed at creating meaningful pathways to work and well-being for justice-impacted individuals. Graham’s leadership extends beyond his professional work, as he actively contributes to multiple advisory boards and philanthropic initiatives.
He serves as an Advisory Board member for the E.L. & Thelma Gaylord Foundation, supporting charitable efforts in education, social services, and the arts. He continues his advocacy for criminal justice reform as an Ambassador at REFORM Alliance and a Justice Initiator at the Urban Justice Center. Additionally, Graham is deeply committed to education and community development, serving as a member of the Alumni Board of Directors at the University of San Diego and a member of the Leadership Council at the YMCA of the Rockies. Originally from Oklahoma City, OK, Graham attended Casady School, where he developed a strong foundation for leadership and service. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of San Diego and later received a Master’s in Liberal Arts with a concentration in history from Harvard University’s Extension School. When not focused on investments or advocacy, Graham enjoys cooking new recipes and exploring Oklahoma..
Dominyck Bullard (‘24)
Board Member
Dominyck Bullard, a Las Vegas, Nevada native, boasts a diverse journey marked by both athletic prowess and entrepreneurial spirit. Following his formative years at Bishop Gorman High School, he embarked on his athletic baseball career, initially at the College of Southern Nevada before transferring to the University of San Diego (USD) for his sophomore season.
Despite a promising start, Dominyck’s competitive journey was cut short due to injury the Summer heading into his sophomore campaign, prompting a shift towards entrepreneurship – suiting up in the USD community in a different manner. In 2022, he founded Athletiverse, a pioneering venture aimed at bridging the gap between brands and student-athletes through innovative digital media solutions and production services.
Under Dominyck’s leadership, Athletiverse rapidly ascended, securing substantial investment during its seed round and reaching an impressive audience of over 250 million people by 2023. Building on this success, the company expanded its offerings to include University Athletic Department and Collective marketing services, garnering notable clients such as the University of Southern California’s NIL collective, House of Victory.
In 2024, Athletiverse’s impact continued to soar, generating over $300,000 in attributable revenue for its clients and setting ambitious plans for further expansion across collegiate conferences. Dominyck’s entrepreneurial acumen was further validated when he became the youngest and only student winner of the San Diego Angel Conference, securing over $100,000 in funding.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Dominyck remains deeply engaged in campus life, leading the University Ministry Men’s group and volunteering his musical talents at the 8 pm mass every Sunday. His multifaceted contributions exemplify a commitment to excellence both on and off the field. Dominyck’s sister, Dr. Samantha Petrucci MD | PhD, graduated from the University of San Diego in 2007 and is married today to Dr. Matt Petrucci | PhD also class of 2007.
Dominyck will be graduating in May 2024 with a degree in Business Analytics and was recently inducted into the Alcala 100. He will serve as head of marketing for the Olé Foundation and remain on the board post-graduation.
Gregg Clifton ('13)

With a career launched at Fenway Sports Management, I supported the development of partnerships for iconic entities like the Boston Red Sox, Liverpool, LeBron James, and Boston College, among others. This foundational experience in sports marketing paved the way for my role at Wasserman, where I consulted Fortune 500 companies on sports marketing strategies and managed activations at premier events.
Following my tenure at Wasserman, I spearheaded Global Partnerships at Omaze. Over several years, I helped build partnerships that led to $150M for various nonprofits and a $85M Series C. My efforts forged hundreds of unique partnerships, providing unforgettable experiences ranging from space travel with Virgin Galactic to playing catch with Tom Brady.
Now, as the founder of CLIFTON, I focus on fueling growth for world-class clients. Our advisory firm partners with emerging leaders to help them achieve their objectives through a unique blend of strategic insight and business development. Our work spans multiple industries, including sports, entertainment, technology, media, and philanthropy, showcasing our commitment to not only meet but exceed the aspirations of our partners.
My commitment extends beyond professional achievements; I am deeply passionate about contributing to the sports industry. I actively participate in volunteer and mentorship opportunities, including Board Member roles at organizations aiming to help inspire the next generation of leaders.
Buwa Ijirigho
Board Member
Century City-based business manager, Buwa Ijirigho’s client list includes film/TV talent in front of and behind the camera, musicians, athletes, digital-media influencers, and other high-net worth individuals. USD alum of the Class of 2013, Buwa got his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting at the University before starting his career at Ernst & Young LLP and going on to help individuals within the entertainment industry build and maintain their wealth.
Recently honored in Variety’s 2024 Elite Business Manager list, Billboard Magazine’s Top Business Managers list & Trusted Advisor Magazine’s Future of Business Management, Buwa has built a multi-million dollar business rooted in service. He hopes to bring this ethos to the Ole Foundation and help his alma mater grow its athletics program. Buwa lives in Culver City, Los Angeles with his wife and two year old son, Taji. Avid Phoenix sports fan and basketball & football aficionado.
Ryan King
Board Member
Ryan King serves as a Partner of CAST Capital Partners Brokerage Services and Investment Platforms. Ryan has 15-years of commercial real estate experience in both brokerage and syndicated investments and is well-versed in the commercial real estate landscape. Ryan specializes in capital raising, co-managing the CAST investment portfolio, and assisting private capital and high net worth individuals in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial property. During his career, Ryan has transacted over $1B in sales and lease considerations in San Diego. Prior to CAST, Ryan spent time at two large national brokerage firms, frequently a top producer.
A native San Diegan, Ryan has a passion for the future of San Diego. Ryan graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. While attending USD, he played for the Toreros and was a member of the NCAA 1-AA Mid Major National Championship team. Ryan is an active member of several professional organizations including CCIM, NAIOP, and ICSC. Ryan has achieved his Certified Commercial Investment Manager designation (CCIM) as a recognized expert in the discipline of commercial real estate. In his free time, Ryan enjoys traveling, playing golf at La Jolla Country Club, and staying active in a variety of sports. Ryan resides in Bay Park with his wife, Carly, and his sons, Cam and Connor.
Andres Melgar
Board Member
Andres Melgar is a Senior Commercial Real Estate Lender, VP, at Home Bank of California. Melgar has extensive banking experience, spanning over a 15+ year career, in commercial lending, credit analysis, business development and commercial banking team management. He attended University of San Diego and graduated with a finance degree. He has served on the University of San Diego Board of Directors and San Diego Chapter, for the last 13 years, raising money for student scholarships. Melgar is passionate about volunteerism and serving the community.
Charles Meyer (‘03 & ‘07)

Charles T. Meyer has nearly two decades of experience litigating high-stakes matters for a variety of corporate clients in the areas of automobile accidents, premises liability for resorts, amusement parks, and athletic associations, construction defect, and financial services litigation.
Mr. Meyer is licensed and actively litigates matters in California, Washington, Oregon, and Nevada. He also oversees national portfolios of litigation matters for various firm clients.
As the head of Burger Meyer’s defense practice group, Mr. Meyer works to stay ahead of national trends and stays closely in tune with the changes in litigation tactics around the country.
Mr. Meyer was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. The son of a trial lawyer, Mr. Meyer grew up around his father’s firm and the practice of law. After high school, Mr. Meyer left Seattle to attend the University of San Francisco to play baseball. After his time on the hilltop in San Francisco, Mr. Meyer ultimately transferred to the University of San Diego to complete his undergraduate degree. Mr. Meyer remains an active alumni and fervent supporter of the University of San Diego. Go Toreros!
When not working, Mr. Meyer enjoys playing golf and softball, and spending as much time as possible with his wife Zarah, and two children, Ace and Rose.
Allison Monette (‘07)
Board Member
Allison Monette-Cordova is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cordova Creative, a marketing and communications consulting firm she started, after spending nearly two decades working in national marketing. An Emmy-Award winner, Allison began her career as a television news reporter, where she interviewed the likes of President Barack Obama and Reverend Jesse Jackson. Since leaving the newsroom, her work has focused on helping organizations advance their missions through strategic communications, digital marketing, and social media. Her extensive portfolio of work includes a variety of marketing campaigns with PBS, the Clark County School District, Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada, Blueprint Sports, and more. Allison has also served as an adjunct professor at the UNLV Hank Greenspun School of Journalism and Media Studies.
Allison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Spanish from the University of San Diego (’07) and a Master of Communication Management degree from the University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. She is a member of the Junior League of Las Vegas, Latinas In Power, Alpha Chi Omega Alumni, and the Las Vegas Innovation Marketing Association. In 2022, Monette was named a “40 under 40” honoree by VEGAS INC. She has received various PRSA Pinnacle Awards, AAF Addy Awards, and Telly Awards.
Allison served as the President of the University of San Diego Las Vegas Alumni Chapter from 2009-2012. She is a proud Torero and involved in various alumni initiatives with the USD Office of Alumni Relations.
Mauricio Perez-Vazquez ('00)
Board Member
Mauricio is a seasoned leader in the San Diego residential real estate market with 25 years of experience. While at USD he was a walk-on Basketball player from 1998-2000, graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration and currently is a Director on the University’s Alumni Board, in addition to sitting on the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate Advisory Committee.
Mauricio leads The M Realty Group, a top-performing team: Recently ranked #43 Latino team by National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP.) He has served as a National Director at NAHREP since 2020 and is a former president of its San Diego Chapter in 2016, advocating for sustainable Hispanic homeownership.
Mauricio was voted Broker of the Year by his peers in 2021 for both of the local Realtor Associations (SDAR and PSAR) and has been in the top 1% in San Diego by the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors. Current member of the Professional Standards Committee and past member of the Grievance Committee at his local Realtor Association.
Mauricio is a Basketball and Music fanatic. He has been a strong supporter of the Torero Men’s basketball team and loves going to games and concerts with his wife and kids.
